Job summary

BH Field is seeking a registered behavior technician to provide in-home ABA services in Lawrenceville, GA 30044. Hours are Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM, offering a rewarding part-time role supporting individuals with IDD/ASD and their families.

You will implement behavioral plans, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA supervisors to ensure effective treatment. A valid RBT certification and driving access are required, with competitive hourly pay of $25-$30.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience as an RBT.
• Must have a valid RBT Certification Number.
• Active driver license and access to reliable transportation.
• Willingness to commute to clients' locations.
• Experience with Catalyst or data collection is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one ABA direct services in home settings.
• Follow behavior reduction and skill acquisition protocols.
• Collect and record data on clients' behavior.
• Communicate with clients, families, and supervisor.
• Assist BCBA during assessments and material preparation.
• Seek supervisor consultation to ensure effective treatment.

Job duties

• Provide one-to-one compassionate ABA direct services to clients.
• Follow the behavior reduction and behavioral skill acquisition protocols
• Collecting and recording data based on the clients' behavior
• Empathically communicate with clients, families, and supervisor
• Assist the BCBA during the behavioral assessment process and in the preparation of the client learning materials
• Seek appropriate consultation from the supervisor to ensure effective treatment implementation.

What do you need?
