Job summary

Circle Care Services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA and track progress for your clinical team.

You’ll work weekends with a flexible schedule, enjoy supportive supervision and ongoing feedback, and have opportunities to grow in ABA and behavioral health. A reliable car and valid license are required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification.
• High school diploma.
• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Organized, dependable, and open to feedback.
• Interest in behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans
• Collect and track session data
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior
• Share progress with your clinical team
