Job summary

Circle Care Services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings under BCBA supervision. You will work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum and implement ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• High school diploma is required.
• Applicants must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license are required.
• Interest in behavioral health is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with the clinical team.
