Job summary

Circle Care Services is seeking an Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children on the autism spectrum in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement ABA therapy programs and support progress under BCBA supervision.

The role involves data collection, following intervention protocols, and communicating progress to the clinical team. Part-time benefits are available; full-time hours may be offered with supervision and coaching.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to work sites.
• Well-organized, flexible and receptive to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children with autism in home, school or clinic.
• Implement aba therapy programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect session data and follow behavior intervention protocols.
• Support skill-building and reduce behaviors affecting daily life.
• Communicate session progress with the supervising clinical team.
