Job summary

The Treetop ABA Therapy is looking for a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to support in-home and clinic ABA programs. You will implement individualized therapy plans, collect progress data, and work under BCBA supervision to improve outcomes for children with autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 40-hour RBT training completed.
• Active RBT certification preferred or to be obtained within 60 days.
• Experience with children or developmental disabilities is a plus.
• Passion for clinical ABA with children.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy plans developed by a BCBA.
• Deliver one-on-one interventions to support skill acquisition.
• Collect and record data to measure client progress.
• Assist in developing BIPs under BCBA supervision.
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams for consistent treatment.
• Maintain BACB ethical and professional standards.
• Foster a safe, engaging, and structured learning environment.
