The Treetop is hiring an RBT to support children with autism through evidence-based ABA therapy. You will implement individualized plans under BCBA supervision, deliver one-on-one interventions, and track progress with structured data collection.

Collaboration with families and the care team is essential to ensure consistency and success. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 40-hour RBT training, and active RBT certification (or plan to obtain within 60 days).

Formación

• High school diploma is required.
• Completion of a 40-hour RBT training course is required.
• Active RBT certification is preferred or to be obtained within 60 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Implement ABA therapy plans developed by a BCBA.
• Deliver one-on-one interventions to support skill acquisition and reduce behaviors.
• Collect and record client data to measure progress.
• Assist in implementing Behavior Intervention Plans under supervision.
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent treatment.
• Maintain ethical and professional standards per BACB guidelines.
• Foster a safe, engaging, and structured learning environment.
