SkyCare ABA is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will work in homes, schools, and clinics, delivering 1:1 therapy and collecting data to guide treatment plans, collaborating with BCBAs and families.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children and ASD preferred.
• Ability to collect data and track progress.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy focusing on communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collect data and track progress to inform treatment plans.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and team members.
• Ensure a safe, engaging environment for client success.
• Help children reach their full potential with compassion and consistency.
