Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA and collect data to monitor progress.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• High school diploma required; BA/BS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
