Job summary

BK Behavior seeks seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join a devoted ABA team. Provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations, implementing skill-building plans and recording session data using electronic devices.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma and RBT certification prior to starting. Applicants should be compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about supporting children with Autism and their families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
