Advanced Behavioral Dimensions Llc is an ABA therapy agency focused on helping families and individuals with autism and related challenges. We seek caring, energetic professionals to work with BCBA mentors and deliver high-quality, tailored behavioral support that helps clients reach their full potential.

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA direction, collect data, and contribute to treatment planning.

Qualifications

• RBT credential required or we can assist in obtaining it.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to follow supervision and implement behavior plans precisely.
• Comfort with collecting and recording client data accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement Behavior Support Plans under BCBA direction.
• Accept feedback and improve areas of need per BCBA guidance.
• Prepare instructional materials and contribute to session planning.
• Maintain confidentiality and complete daily administrative tasks.
