Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS Corp.) is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians for part-time roles with growth potential. You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA-based plans under a BCBA and using positive reinforcement to foster learning.

We offer flexible scheduling, quarterly bonuses, travel reimbursement, and opportunities to advance to BCBA. A high school diploma and active RBT certification are required, with willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Required active RBT certification.
• Experience with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; BA/BS preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
