Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings under BCBA supervision. Part-time roles with growth opportunities as caseloads expand.

We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay with annual raises, quarterly bonus, travel reimbursement, and career growth toward BCBA. Must have RBT certification and experience with ABA, high school diploma; willingness to travel locally.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
