Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.

Travel locally for in-home sessions is required. A HS diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Full-time growth opportunities, competitive pay, and benefits are available as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or related fields.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
