Job summary

United Care ABA in Boulder, CO is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision and to follow individualized treatment plans. You’ll collect behavior data and help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills in a supportive, growth‑oriented team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (or willing to complete it before starting)
• Experience with kids in behavioral, educational, or developmental settings (preferred, not required)
• Strong communication and people skills

Responsibilities

• Follow individualized treatment plans
• Collect accurate behavior and skills data
