Qualifications

• RBT certification required and ongoing compliance.
• Experience with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Ability to collaborate with families and teams.
• Strong data collection and record-keeping practices.

Responsabilités

• Implement behavior management techniques based on ABA.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide direct patient care using behavioral therapy methods.
• Assist with ADLs and maintain progress notes and HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams.
