Job summary

Apex ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to support individuals with developmental disabilities and autism across North Carolina. You will apply ABA-based strategies, assist in care plans, and document progress in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience with data collection and charting.
• Completed 40-hour RBT training.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior management techniques based on applied behavior analysis principles.
• Assist in development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Provide direct patient care using behavioral therapy methods.
• Work with individuals on activities of daily living (ADLs) and document progress.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain accurate records.
