Job summary

Golden Touch ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Ogden, UT to support clients with autism through ABA interventions. You will implement client-specific plans, reinforce positive behaviors, and track progress with accurate data collection.

Work with BCBAs, families, and a multidisciplinary team across home, school, and community settings. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree in psychology or education is preferred, with 18+ and strong communication and

Must be 18 years or older.
High school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
Experience with children or individuals with special needs is a plus.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Patience, empathy and a genuine desire to help others.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Implement client-specific behavioral intervention plans as designed by a BCBA.
Use positive reinforcement strategies to encourage and reinforce desired behaviors.
Collect and record data on client progress during therapy sessions and maintain accurate documentation.
Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to ensure consistency and continuity of care.
Provide services in home, school, and community settings as needed.
