Golden Touch ABA in Ogden, UT is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. You will work with children and adolescents with autism, implementing individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision and helping clients achieve goals in everyday settings.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's in psychology/education preferred.
• Experience with children or special needs; ABA experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and professionalism; ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilités

• Implement client-specific behavioral intervention plans as designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to encourage and reinforce desired behaviors.
• Collect and record data on client progress during therapy sessions and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to ensure consistency and continuity of care.
• Provide services in home, school, and community settings as needed.
