Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time roles with the potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA and recording progress.

Ideal candidates have an active RBT certification, experience with ABA therapy or related fields, and a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred).

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy or related fields preferred.
• Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 work with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by BCBA.
• Record and monitor client progress with data collection.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to support success.
• Attend team meetings and professional development sessions.
