Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS Corp.) is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for part‑time roles with opportunities to grow into full‑time as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA.

The role emphasizes positive reinforcement, data collection, family collaboration, and ongoing professional development, with potential to advance to BCBA with company support.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related fields.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in psychology/education preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
