You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings under supervision by a BCBA, implementing ABA plans and using positive reinforcement.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
