Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking an RBT to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA treatment plans under a BCBA, and using positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.

The role offers flexible, part-time scheduling with opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, along with mentorship, travel as needed, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients and assist with lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
