Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time, with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings and implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage clients, sit on the floor, and assist up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams for success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development.
