Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a part-time RBT to support children in home, school, or community settings, with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

You will implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA, collect data, engage families, attend team meetings, and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
