Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS Corp.) is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to support children in home, school, or community settings.

You will implement ABA-based plans under BCBA supervision, collect data, and partner with families and clinical teams to drive meaningful progress. Flexible part-time role with growth potential and local travel opportunities. Early career development and mentorship are offered, along with opportunities for future leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or related fields.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
