Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in home, school, or community settings.

You will implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams. The role offers flexible scheduling and potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, with ongoing mentorship and career development.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA settings.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology/education preferred.
• Reliable transportation for local travel to sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
