Job summary

PBS Corp. is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.

Role offers mentorship, growth opportunities, and paid travel when applicable. Part-time with potential to expand to full-time as caseloads grow, with flexible scheduling and holiday pay.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RBT certification.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions; reliable transportation.
• Ability to engage with clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams for success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
