Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for part-time roles with the opportunity to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. RBTs will work 1:1 with children in home/school/community settings to implement ABA-based plans under BCBA supervision.

We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay with annual raises, a quarterly bonus of $500 for meeting hours targets, and benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's in psychology/education preferred.
• Reliable transportation and able to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
