Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp) is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to support children with autism in home, school, or community settings. This role focuses on ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA, data collection, and collaborative teamwork to promote independence and growth.

The position offers part-time scheduling with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, competitive pay with annual raises, and a quarterly $500 bonus for meeting

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
