Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians for part-time roles with the opportunity to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA-based treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• Reliable transportation and local travel willingness.
• Ability to engage with clients on floor and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
