Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to support children in ABA programs. This part-time role offers mentoring, growth opportunities, and hands-on training to help families and clients thrive in home, school, or community settings.

Responsibilities include implementing ABA plans designed by a BCBA, collecting data, and collaborating with families and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology/Education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
