Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for part-time in-home, school, or community sessions. Grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

As an RBT, you’ll implement ABA plans, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA and families. Flexible scheduling, travel locally, and ongoing mentorship are provided to support career growth in ABA.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy or related settings.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and professional development sessions.
