Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) in Michigan is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for part-time roles with opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA, using positive reinforcement, and collecting data.

Travel locally, flexible scheduling, annual raises, and benefits for full-time staff; requires active RBT certification, experience

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and professional development sessions.
