Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and support clients in achieving their goals. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings and work closely with our clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.

This part-time role offers pay on a timely basis, training, BCBA partnership opportunities, and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Home or community-based service delivery availability.
• 6-month commitment to change clients' lives.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families
