Heartland ABA seeks seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and support clients in achieving their goals. You will provide one-on-one ABA services and collaborate with a clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.

This part-time role offers paid training, opportunities for professional advancement, and flexible scheduling within a supportive ABA environment, including services delivered in clients' homes or community locations.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Services will be provided in clients' homes or in community-based locations.
• All positions start off part time.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families
