Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team for rewarding, part-time ABA services conducted in clients' homes or community locations, with flexible scheduling and ongoing professional support.

As an RBT, you will implement individualized plans, collect data, and collaborate with a clinical team to help children reach their goals. We provide Same Day Pay to support your financial flexibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and genuine desire to help children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
