Heartland Behavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and support clients in achieving their goals. This role offers part-time hours, in-home or community-based ABA services, and immediate opportunities to advance with a strong clinical team.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and engage with families.
