Job summary

Heartland ABA in the United States is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join a devoted team delivering one-on-one ABA services to children with autism. You will work with our clinical staff to implement skill-building plans and track client progress in home or community settings.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with autism.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team implementing skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
