Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians to join our team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community-based settings, applying evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.

We offer flexible part-time positions with same-day pay, opportunities for advancement, paid training, and a supportive clinical team. RBT certification is required before working; prior experience with autism is a plus.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required to work in this role.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated patience and compassion with children.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to ABA protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans under supervision.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
