Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. Part-time roles offer flexible schedules, with Same Day Pay and paid training.

You will work with a clinical team to support client goals, track data, and contribute to positive outcomes for children with Autism. RBT certification is required before working; a six-month commitment is preferred.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Experience with ABA is not required initially; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community settings.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to support independence and behavior goals.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
