Heartland ABA seeks experienced Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients\' homes and community settings, supporting independence and positive behavior while collaborating with our clinical team and families.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required prior to working with clients.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience and compassionate demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
