Job summary

Heartland ABA in Iowa (Lake Mills) is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism in homes or community settings. You will deliver evidence-based ABA services and work with a clinical team to implement skill-building plans and track progress.

We offer paid training, part-time opportunities, and referral bonuses, with a same-day-pay option. A 6-month commitment is encouraged as the program grows with our clients.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor.
• Willingness to learn and help children with Autism.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as a member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
