Job summary

Heartland ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for part-time positions serving clients in their homes or community settings in Iowa. You will apply evidence-based ABA strategies to support independence and positive behavior under supervision.

Join a dedicated clinical team offering paid training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to contribute to meaningful progress for children with Autism. No prior hours minimum required, with a six-month commitment encouraged.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and help children with Autism.
• Patience and calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans under supervision.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
