Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and support children with Autism in their homes or community settings in Iowa. This is a part-time opportunity with flexible scheduling and immediate impact on client progress.

We offer paid training, a collaborative clinical team, and opportunities for clinical hours development, plus referral bonuses and same-day pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Patience, compassion and a calm demeanor are essential.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to clients' goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Work as part of a clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Build positive learning environments and connect with families.
