Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism in home or community-based settings in Iowa. You will deliver evidence-based ABA services under supervision and contribute to individualized goals for clients.

We offer paid training, part-time opportunities, and a supportive clinical team. Responsibilities include data collection, session implementation, and collaboration with families to foster progress.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent required; RBT certification required before working.
• Ability to build rapport with children and families; patience and empathy essential.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings.
• Implement evidence-based ABA interventions and support skill-building and independence.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices and maintain up-to-date progress notes.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure quality care and positive outcomes for clients.
• Support families and caregivers, offering guidance and ongoing communication.
