Job summary

Georgia Behavior Associates seeks dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team on a part-time basis. You will provide one-on-one ABA services to children in their homes or community settings, implementing evidence-based interventions to promote independence and positive behavior.

You will work as part of a supportive clinical team, recording session data accurately and collaborating with families and BCBA supervision. Training is provided and career growth is encouraged.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
