Job summary

Aluma Care is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic. You will implement plans created by a BCBA and continuously document client progress.

The role requires an RBT certification (or willingness to obtain it), a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to travel locally. Flexible schedules and opportunities for growth are offered in Basehor, Kansas.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• ABA therapy experience with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
