Breakthrough ABA is actively hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team providing high-quality in-home and center-based ABA services in the Greater Houston, Beaumont, Cypress, TX areas. Founded in 2022, Breakthrough ABA emphasizes integrity, collaboration, growth, and client-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
• Experience working with children (special needs is a plus)
• Positive attitude, high energy, and team-oriented mindset
• Strong ability to build rapport and motivate children
• Must pass a background check
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance
• Willingness to travel to assigned client homes

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA
• Collect and report data on target behaviors
• Participate in behavior management programming
• Support families with modeling and caregiver training
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development
