Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and BCBAs to drive positive outcomes.

This role offers flexible scheduling, potential to move to full-time as caseloads grow, and participation in mentorship and career development within a supportive PBS environment.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage clients physically.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
