Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.

The role involves data collection to monitor progress and collaboration with families and clinical teams to ensure success, with ongoing team meetings and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
